PITMAN, N.J. – Junior Janie Henderson (Stanhope, N.J./Hopatcong) was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week Sept. 14.

Henderson totaled seven points on three goals and an assist during a 1-1 week for the Pioneers.

She began the week by assisting on the lone WP goal in the home opener against St. Joseph's Long Island on Sept. 8. The Hopatcong, N.J., native then recorded her first career hat trick after scoring three goals within a 3:50 span in the second half to lift the Pioneers to a 5-2 come-from-behind road win against Penn State Abington on Sept. 12.

Henderson and the Pioneers return to action Wednesday, Sept. 16, for a 6:00 p.m. home match against Bryn Mawr.
