About Us
The recreation team is a part of the Department of Athletics and Recreation. Recreation proudly oversees the operations of the Sports and Recreation Center ("The #SpARC") and Overlook Fitness Center (OFC) along with the open swimming for students and faculty/staff, the sand volleyball court, and the outdoor basketball courts. In addition, Recreation leads the way in recreational sports- such as intramurals, extramurals, open rec, and club sports- and well-being programming, which encompasses a wide range of areas to help students grow into their happiest and healthiest self while at William Paterson and for the rest of their lives.
