Faculty Athletic Support Team (FAST)
William Paterson Sports Information
Established in 2013 by the William Paterson Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, the Provost and a number of faculty members, the Faculty Athletic Support Team (FAST) created a formalized, mutually-beneficial program to enhance communication as well as serve as a resource to support academic success and timely degree completion.
FAST strives to create an understanding of the value of athletic participation as an integral part of the educational process. FAST members provide guidance about curricular matters, supply professional advice about internships and graduate school, assist with the recruitment of prospective student-athletes, and attend athletic events.
