Baseball Lands Five on CSC Academic All-District Team

WAYNE, N.J. – Senior Chase Geisler (Lodi, N.J./Lodi), sophomore Ty Kobylakiewicz (Woodbridge, N.J./Woodbridge), senior Tom Radigan (Verona, N.J./Verona), sophomore Kevin Reiner (Maywood, N.J./Hackensack) and junior Dylan Santos (Nutley, N.J./Nutley) were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Baseball Team June 3.

The 2025 Academic All-District® Baseball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. To be nominated, a student-athlete must be in the lineup for 70 percent of an institution's days of competition with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at their current institution. No student-athlete is eligible until they have completed one full calendar year at their current institution and is at least a sophomore academically and athletically.

Geisler, a sport management major, was a key cog in the William Paterson rotation after starting 10 of 11 appearances on the mound. The Lodi, N.J., native finished with a 4-4 record, fanning 47 batters across 59.0 innings of work.

Kobylakiewicz started all 34 appearances, compiling a .316 batting average, .392 on-base percentage and .471 slugging percentage with 43 hits, 10 doubles, a triple, three home runs, 33 RBI and 25 runs scored. The sport management major totaled 13 multi-hit and 10 multi-RBI outings.

Radigan started 26 of 29 games played and recorded a .293 batting average, .421 on-base percentage and .457 slugging percentage. As a computer science major, he notched 27 hits, four doubles, one triple, three home runs, 23 RBI and 19 runs scored.

Reiner, a finance major, made 20 appearances out of the bullpen, striking out 17 batters in 23.0 innings of action.

Santos started all 39 appearances while logging a .357 batting average, .429 on-base percentage, .529 slugging percentage with 50 hits, 11 doubles, two triples, three home runs, 38 RBI, 33 runs scored and four stolen bases. The sport medicine major finished with 17 multi-hit and 12 multi-RBI performances
