PITMAN, N.J. – Freshman Stephanie Ciravolo (Marlboro, N.J./Marlboro) was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Rookie Pitcher of the Week April 21.

She recorded her fourth win of the season after tossing five shutout innings during a 7-0 home triumph over Lehman April 18. The Marlboro, N.J., native limited the Lightning to just two hits.

Ciravolo and the Pioneers return to action Tuesday, April 22, for an NJAC home doubleheader against Montclair State slated for 3:00 p.m.
