PITMAN, N.J. – Freshman Ty Kobylakiewicz (Woodbridge, N.J./Woodbridge) was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Baseball Rookie of the Week April 8.

The Woodbridge, N.J., native posted a .389 average, .450 on-base percentage and .556 slugging percentage with seven hits, a home run, four RBI and five runs scored across four games for the Pioneers this past week. He recorded a pair of multi-hit outings, including a career-high four-hit performance to go with a career-best four runs scored during a 20-12 win at Stockton April 6.

Kobylakiewicz and the Pioneers return to action Thursday, April 11, when they take on Ramapo at 3:30 p.m. in Mahwah, N.J.
