Ty Kobylakiewicz (Woodbridge, N.J./Woodbridge) and seniors
Julian Salinas (Teaneck, N.J./Teaneck) and
Dylan Santos (Nutley, N.J./Nutley) were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Baseball Team June 2.
The 2026 Academic All-District® Baseball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. To be nominated, a student-athlete must be in the lineup for 70 percent of an institution's days of competition with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at their current institution. No student-athlete is eligible until they have completed one full calendar year at their current institution and is at least a sophomore academically and athletically.
Kobylakiewicz, a sport management major, was the only Pioneer to play and start in all 41 outings. The all-conference honoree owned a .350 average and .440 on-base percentage with 56 hits, four home and 22 runs scored while leading the team with 13 doubles, four home runs, 45 RBI and a .506 slugging percentage. The Woodbridge, N.J., native finished tied for fifth in the NJAC in doubles and sixth in RBI. Â
Salinas made eight starts on the mound, compiling 27 strikeouts in 51.2 innings of work. The management major threw a career-best three complete games.
Santos started 35 of 36 games played, compiling 32 hits, eight doubles, a home run, 25 runs scored and 21 RBI while majoring in sports medicine.
