WAYNE, N.J. – Women’s soccer sophomore goalkeeper Angela Sandelli (Landing, N.J./Roxbury) was selected as the Sept. 12 William Paterson Pioneer of the Week.

Sandelli recorded a pair of shutout victories last week. She made two saves for a 4-0 home victory against Centenary Sept. 7, and had five stops during a 1-0 win Sept. 10 at FDU-Florham. This season, she owns a 0.31 goals-against average and .944 save percentage while starting three contests.
