WAYNE, N.J. – Women’s swimming sophomore Brett Kuchin (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week Jan. 25.

Kuchin turned in excellent times of 1:10.8 and 2:35.6 to win the 100 and 200 breasts, respectively, as well as a time of 2:23.8 to touch first in the 200 IM, against Division II Queens Jan. 20.  She also helped the 200 medley relay record a victory with a time of 2:02.08.  Against The College of New Jersey Jan. 24, Kuchin was the Pioneers’ top finisher in the 50 (27.45) and 100 (1:00.69) frees.
