WAYNE, N.J. – Women’s basketball senior guard Elisa Brown (Norwalk, Conn./Norwalk) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week Dec. 14.

Brown averaged 13.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game during a 2-0 week for the No. 16/15 Pioneers.  She contributed eight points and five rebounds in 22 minutes to a 73-44 victory against U.S. Merchant Marine Dec. 9, and she scored 17 of her 19 points during the second half to help spark a 62-56 win against The College of New Jersey Dec. 12.  The senior guard added seven rebounds and three steals against the Lions to keep William Paterson perfect this season (9-0, 2-0 NJAC).
