WAYNE, N.J. – Football junior wide receiver Joe Muraglia, Jr. (Belleville, N.J./Queen of Peace) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week for Oct. 11.

 

Muraglia had career bests of 11 catches and 128 yards during a 31-28 victory against Morrisville State Oct. 9. Two of his catches came during the Pioneers’ final drive that resulted in a game-winning field goal with 12.9 seconds left, including a 16-yard reception on fourth-and-five to get William Paterson inside the Mustangs’ 20-yard line.
