William Paterson University Athletics

Men’s soccer junior goalkeeper Zach Collins (Bayville, N.J./Central Regional) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week for Sept. 13.

 

Collins made three saves to help the Pioneers play to a 0-0 double-overtime draw against No. 18 Stevens Sept. 10 at the Stevens College Classic. He then had three stops as WP defeated Arcadia, 2-1 in double overtime, in the second round Sept. 11. Collins has a 0.46 goals-against average, an .867 save percentage and two shutouts this season.
