  • WP opened the bottom of the eighth with walks issued to freshman designated hitter Ty Kobylakiewicz (Woodbridge, N.J./Woodbridge), junior second baseman Ruven Pino (Fairview, N.J./Bergen Catholic) and junior catcher Austin Jack (Oak Ridge, N.J./Jefferson Twp.). Junior first baseman Gio Aresta dropped an RBI-single into right center, and after a lineout and foul-out, Hay was issued a base on balls to force across another runner, making it a 10-3 game.
