Box Score MADISON, N.J. – The William Paterson men's soccer team (4-2) fell 5-2 on the road to the College of Saint Elizabeth (3-1-1) Sept. 13.  
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Eagles jumped out to a 3-0 advantage after tallying three goals in the opening half.
• William Paterson trimmed the deficit to two (3-1) after junior Diego Navas (Piscataway, N.J./Piscataway) scored on a penalty kick in the 49th minute.
• Saint Elizabeth was awarded a peantly kick of its own in the 61st minute and capitalized.
• The Pioneers got a goal back less than two minutes later after graduate student Owen Stahl (Succasunna, N.J./Seton Hall Prep) found the back of the net.
• The Eagles tallied their fifth goal of the afternoon in the 75th minute.

 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Navas netted his sixth goal of the season and second in as many games.
• Stahl recorded his first career goal.
