Volleyball Falls Short in Four Sets at Rowan

WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson volleyball team (7-11) fell 3-1 in NJAC play to Rowan (15-2) on Oct. 4 at the Esbjornson Gymnasium.
 
MATCH ONE
HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • The Profs reeled off victories in the first and second set of 25-17 and 25-11. The Pioneers triumphed and won the third set 25-18. The Profs sealed the win with a fourth set victory of 25-14.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
  • Freshman Abigail Hayth (Milford, N.J./Delaware Valley Regional) recorded a team-high 10 kills.
  • Freshman Alexa Jarvis (Lake Mary, Fla./Lake Mary) posted 26 assists.
  • Junior Paola Molina (Hatillo, Puerto Rico/Colegio San Felipe) tallied 21 digs.
