HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Pioneers secured straight set wins of 26-24, 25-18 and 25-19.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Senior outside hitter Dakota Apicella (Kendall Park, N.J./South Brunswick) and junior middle hitter Leila Ksiyer (Bogota, N.J./Bogota ) each recorded 16 kills.
• Senior setter Kristin Volavka (Milford, Pa./Delaware Valley) captured 32 assists, her eighth straight match with 30-plus assists.
