Video Highlights WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson volleyball team (1-0) started its 2015 season with a 25-14, 25-5, 25-9 victory against visiting Lehman (1-1) Sept. 3.

Erin Roach (Clark, N.J./Union County Vo-Tech) led all players with nine kills, adding nine digs, while senior opposite hitter
Nicole Spicer (Whiting, N.J./Manchester Twp.) collected eight kills and six digs. Freshman setter
Kendall Caruso (Secaucus, N.J./Secaucus) dished out a match-best 28 assists during her collegiate debut, chipping in seven digs and three service aces, and senior libero
Michelle Merida (Parsippany, N.J./Parsippany) collected 11 digs. Senior middle hitter
Issel Garcia (Ridgefield Park, N.J./Ridgefield Park) added six kills and two aces.
Senior Jo-Marie Aquino paced the Lightning with eight kills. She and sophomore Lindsay Pantaleon each collected eight digs, and senior Imani Dubois posted 11 assists.
William Paterson will host Saint Elizabeth at 11:00 a.m. and St. Joseph's-Brooklyn at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5.
