Video Highlights WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson volleyball team (6-3) remained perfect at home, earning its fifth 3-0 victory of the season when the Pioneers swept Maritime (2-4) Sept. 17. 
WP registered a 25-17, 25-15, 25-13 win against the Privateers. Junior outside hitter
 Erin Roach (Clark, N.J./Union County Vo-Tech) contributed a match-high 10 kills, adding eight digs, while freshman setter 
Kendall Caruso (Secaucus, N.J./Secaucus) paced WP with 19 assists. Senior opposite hitter 
Nicole Spicer (Whiting, N.J./Manchester Twp.) collected five kills and a team-best 10 digs, senior libero 
Michelle Merida (Parsippany, N.J./Parsippany) had nine digs and senior middle hitter 
Issel Garcia (Ridgefield Park, N.J./Ridgefield Park) finished with three total blocks (two solo). 
Freshman right-side hitter Meredith Hayes led Maritime with eight kills, junior setter Erika Bailey posted 23 assists and junior right-side hitter Carly Lombardo collected 12 digs. 
William Paterson will play in a tri-match Saturday, Sept. 19, taking on Farmingdale State at 1:00 p.m. and host Manhattanville at 3:00 p.m.
