STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Behind the efforts of three double winners, William Paterson (2-2) secured a 6-3 tennis victory at Staten Island (2-1) Sept. 18.
 
Sophomore all-American Brittany LaBruna (Bloomingdale, N.J./Continental Academy) earned a 6-1, 6-1 win against Nozima Toshpulatova at first singles, while senior Kristy Daubert Cranford, N.J./Cranford) posted a 6-0, 6-0 victory at third singles over Aziza Jurabaeva. Junior Caitlin Pariso (Old Bridge, N.J./Old Bridge) was a 6-2, 6-1 winner against Sandra Samuel at fourth singles, and junior Summer Bernales (Jersey City, N.J./Dickinson) contributed a 6-3, 6-3 sixth-singles win over Viktoriya Volkova.
 
LaBruna and Daubert were 8-4 winners at first doubles against Toshpulatova and Michelle Kushnir, and Bernales and senior Jessica Daniels (Edison, N.J./Edison) defeated Volkova and Jurabaeva, 8-3, at third doubles.
 
William Paterson will host Rutgers-Camden Friday, Sept. 19, at 4:30 p.m.
