PITMAN, N.J. – William Paterson freshman Giuliana Trapani (Mountain Lakes, N.J./Mountain Lakes) earned her third New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Women's Swimming Rookie of the Week award when the selections were announced Dec. 13.

She had a pair of victories in the 100 (59.01) and 200 (2:09.33) frees during a 109-45 win against FDU-Florham Dec. 9, and was the lone double winner for the Pioneers, touching first in the 50 (26.66) and 100 (58.19) frees during a 129-84 victory against Division II Adelphi Dec. 11.

Earlier this season, Trapani was selected as the Nov. 1 and Nov. 8 NJAC Rookie of the Week.

William Paterson (9-1, 0-1 NJAC) will return to action Wednesday, Jan. 19, at Queens at 6:00 p.m.
