Baseball to Resume NJAC Tournament Play May 3 vs. Rowan

Pioneers, Profs to Meet at 6:00 p.m. in Newark

WAYNE, N.J. – The fifth-seeded William Paterson baseball team (23-17, 10-8 NJAC) will take on fourth-seeded Rowan (29-10, 12-6 NJAC) when the 2008 New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Tournament resumes Saturday, May 3, at 6:00 p.m. at Newark's Bears & Eagles Riverfront Stadium. The Pioneers are coming off an 8-6 victory at second-seeded Montclair State May 1, while the Profs earned a 6-2 win at third-seeded The College of New Jersey. On May 3, MSU will play Richard Stockton at 10:00 a.m., and Kean will face TCNJ at 2:00 p.m. The remainder of the double-elimination tournament's schedule will be determined following Saturday's results.
