WAYNE, N.J. – A victory in the 200 free relay by .18 second capped a 123-103 victory for the William Paterson men's swimming and diving team (7-1) against Division II Adelphi (4-4) Dec. 13.

Karas turned in times of 47.45 and 1:47.42 to win the 100 and 200 frees, respectively. Seftel touched first in the 50 free (22.30), while junior
Kirk Smith (West Orange, N.J./West Orange) won the 200 breast (2:27.60). Senior
Michael O'Shea (Edgewater, N.J./Leonia) finished first in the one-meter (198.82) and three-meter (216.67) dives.
