William Paterson University Athletics

Mike Gawronski is in his first season as an undergraduate assistant coach with the William Paterson men’s basketball team during the 2011-12 season.

Gawronski played in 50 games as a three-year Pioneer (2007-08, 2009-10 through 2010-11), helping to lead the Pioneers to the 2010 New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Tournament title and a NCAA Tournament appearance.  A native of Brick, N.J., he was an all-Shore and all-conference selection as a senior at Brick Twp. High School in 2006-07, averaging 19.9 points, 7.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game while scoring his 1,000th career point.

Gawronski completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration at William Paterson in December of 2011.
