Christopher Coles joined the William Paterson football staff as an assistant coach in August of 2025, working with the offensive line.
Before arriving at WP, he spent three years (2022-24) as the head offensive line coach at Eastside High School.
Prior to his time with the Ghosts, he served as the junior varsity head offensive line coach at Saint Anthony’s High School during the 2021 season.
Before entering the coaching ranks, Coles was a four-year member of the football team at Long Island University. On top of being named to the Don Hansen Football Gazette All-America Team, he was an All-Super Region I honoree, the NE10 Offensive Lineman of the Year and a two-time all-NE10 selection.
Coles graduated from LIU in 2019 with a bachelor’s in sociology.
