William Paterson University Athletics

Former Pioneer Andre Snead joined the William Paterson football coaching staff as a volunteer assistant for the 2014 season, and during the 2015 campaign serves as the cornerbacks coach.

Snead (2009-13) started 36 of 41 career games at cornerback, collecting 138 tackles (93 solo, 3.0 TFL), seven interceptions, one of which he returned for a score, 10 pass breakups and a forced fumble. As a senior, he started eight of 10 contests, posting 36 stops (27 solo, 0.5 TFL), a fumble forced and a team-best two interceptions.

A native of Atlantic City, Snead completed a bachelor’s degree in sociology in 2014.
