William Paterson University Athletics

Career: A two-time all-conference selection who has started in each of his 30 appearances at linebacker, recording 251 tackles (92 solo, 13.5 TFL, 2.0 sacks), three forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and one pass breakup.
 
2017: Named to the All-NJAC Second Team … Paced WP with 90 total stops (40 solo, 5.0 TFL, 0.5 sack) while forcing two fumbles, starting all 10 contests … In the NJAC statistics, was fourth in tackles/game (9.0) … Reached double digits in stops during three games, including a career high-tying 14 at Salisbury (9/9/17) … Notched 11 tackles, including 1.5 for a loss, during the season opener at RPI (9/2/17) … Stopped 10 ball carriers against The College of New Jersey (10/28/17) … Forced a fumble against No. 22/23 Wesley (9/23/17) and Southern Virginia (11/4/17).
 
2016: A member of the All-NJAC Honorable Mention … Started all 10 games and tied for the team lead with 87 tackles (8.7 per game, tied-third in NJAC; 29 solo, 4.5 TFL) … Also notched 0.5 sack and one fumble recovery … Made a career-high 14 stops at Rowan (9/16/16) … Wrapped up 13 ball carriers against Kean (9/24/16) … Recorded 11 tackles at No. 25/20 Wesley (11/12/16) … Notched 11 stops against Christopher Newport (11/5/16) … Five of his 10 tackles were solo at The College of New Jersey (10/29/16) … Recorded seven stops and recovered a fumble at Frostburg State (10/8/16).
 
2015: Started all 10 games, ranking second on the team with 74 tackles (23 solo, 4.0 TFL, 1.0 sack) while forcing a fumble … Ranked eighth in the NJAC in tackles/game (7.4) … Recorded a season-high 13 stops, including a sack, and forced a fumble against No. 18 Rowan (9/19/15) … Produced 10 tackles during a 31-27 victory against Southern Virginia (10/24/15) … Collected nine stops at Kean (9/25/15) and at Christopher Newport (11/7/15).
 
Prior to William Paterson: A transfer from Middlesex County College … Earned first-team all-county, all-conference and all-Group 3 honors after posting 112 tackles and three sacks as a senior at Carteret H.S. … Won a Central Jersey Group 2 championship as a junior … Also lettered in wrestling, earning all-county laurels.

Academics: Inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the national student-athlete honor society … A Fall 2015, Spring 2016, Fall 2016, Spring 2017 and Spring 2018 Dean’s List student … Named to the 2017-18 Academic All-NJAC First Team and the 2016-17 Academic All-NJAC Honorable Mention … Majoring in psychology.
