Now in his seventh season as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Jack Baker will again coach first base this season and will be relied upon for his recruiting abilities.

Baker played for the Pioneers in 2002 and 2003 after transferring from Division I Saint Peter’s College. As a senior, he batted .372 while splitting time between third base and the mound.

Baker is a physical education teacher at Hoboken High School. He earned a B.S. in exercise and movement science at William Paterson in 2004, and a master’s in administration and supervision at Saint Peter’s in 2005.
