Biography

Career: A second-team all-conference selection who has started 13 of 20 games, carrying 258 times for 1,182 yards and five touchdowns … Also owns 34 receptions for 326 yards … Ranks sixth in rushing yards, seventh in all-purpose yards (1,753), eighth in rushing attempts and 10th in total offensive yards (1,182) on the WP career charts.
 
2015: Named to the USA Football Preseason All-America Second Team and the Eastern Football Network Preseason All-East Team.
 
2014: A member of the All-NJAC Second Team … Started all 10 games and led the team with 179 attempts, 803 yards and four touchdowns … Also caught 28 passes for 268 yards … Ranked sixth in all-purpose yards (1,109), eighth in rushing attempts and ninth in rushing yards on the WP single-season lists … In the NJAC statistics, was fifth in rushing (80.3 yards/game) and eighth in all-purpose yards (110.9 yards/game) … Eclipsed the 100-yard mark in three games … Started the year with 19 attempts, 129 yards and a two-yard TD during a 36-20 season-opening victory at Maritime (9/5/14) … Gained 126 yards on 24 carries, posting touchdowns of one and 13 yards, in a 36-32 Homecoming win against Salve Regina (9/20/14) … Had season bests of 25 attempts and 132 yards during a 10-8 victory at Southern Virginia (11/15/14) … Carried for a score from seven yards out against Bridgewater State (9/13/14) … Posted season highs with six catches and 53 yards against Kean (10/18/14).
 
2013: Paced WP with 79 rushes, 379 yards and a 4.8 yards/rush average … Started three of 10 games, adding six receptions for 58 yards … Also returned 12 kickoffs for an average of 17.2 yards … Scored his first touchdown with a one-yard scamper against Morrisville State (10/5/13) … Made his first start during a 21-20 victory at Kean, gaining 52 yards on a season-high 15 carries … Rushed 12 times for a season-best 84 yards at Montclair State (11/2/13).
 
Prior to William Paterson: A transfer from the University of Connecticut and Cortland, where he competed in football … Was an all-America, all-state, three-time all-section and four-time all-league pick at Somers H.S. … Recorded 120 carries for 1,227 yards and 16 touchdowns as a senior, adding 51 tackles, seven sacks and a kickoff return touchdown … Was named to the Journal News Super 11, was the North County News Player of the Year and earned a spot on the Journal News All-Star First Team his final season … Named the top running back in the state by ESPN.com for the Class of 2010 and was acknowledged as a top-25 recruit by Rivals.com and Scout.com … Finished his career with 39 touchdowns and more than 4,300 yards … Earned five varsity letters and was named a team captain three times.
