Field Hockey Drops Decision at No. 14 Rowan

GLASSBORO, N.J. – The William Paterson field hockey team (2-12, 0-4 NJAC) dropped a 7-0 decision at No. 14 Rowan (13-3, 5-0 NJAC) Oct. 23.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • The Profs built a 4-0 first-quarter advantage, and a goal in the 16th minute made it a 5-0 game at halftime.
  • Rowan added unassisted strikes during the 43rd and 59th minutes.
 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
  • Sophomore Grace Jenkins (Bloomsbury, N.J./Delaware Valley Regional) posted seven saves for the Pioneers.
 
UP NEXT:
  • William Paterson will host Stockton Saturday, Oct. 25, at 7:00 p.m.
