Field Hockey Upended at Marywood

SCRANTON, Pa. – The William Paterson field hockey team (2-5) was upended by host Marywood (5-4), 5-0, Sept. 28
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • The Pacers built a 2-0 halftime lead with goals in the 10th and 22nd minutes.
  • Marywood struck three times in a four-minute span during the fourth quarter to finish the scoring.
 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
  • Freshman Sofia Chebookjian (Ocean Township, N.J./Ocean Township) matched her season best with 14 saves.
