WAYNE, N.J. -- Nominations are now being accepted for the next William Paterson University Alumni Association Athletic Hall of Fame induction class!

Nominations are due May 31, 2024. Nominations may be submitted online, or by completing a PDF and mailing it to the address listed in the document.

In order to be considered for induction into the Alumni Association Athletic Hall of Fame, former student-athletes must be alumni of WP and at least five years removed from competition at William Paterson. Teams become eligible for induction five years after the completion of that season. Support staff (including coaches) are eligible immediately after ceasing to work at WP.

Founded in 1978, the William Paterson University Alumni Association Athletic Hall of Fame honors student-athletes, coaches, teams and support persons who have made outstanding contributions to Pioneer athletics. In all, 156 individuals and six teams have been enshrined in the Hall of Fame, and a touch-screen kiosk containing all of their information is located in the lobby of the Sports and Recreation Center on campus.
