WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson women's soccer team (5-5-4, 1-1-2 NJAC) fell 2-0 against Rowan (9-0-2, 4-0 NJAC) in a New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) match Oct. 12 at Pioneer Soccer Park.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Profs connected on a cross to score 15 minutes into the first half to take a 1-0 lead.
• Rowan capitalized on a well-timed assist to extend its lead to 2-0 in the 66th minute.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Junior Sarah Mantilla (Fair Lawn, N.J./Fair Lawn) recorded 10 saves for the Pioneers.
