MONTCLAIR, N.J. – The William Paterson women's soccer team (5-6-4, 1-2-2 NJAC) was bested 4-0 in a New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) match at Montclair State (6-4-5, 3-1-1 NJAC) Oct. 16.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• At the end of the first half, the Red Hawks scored twice in quick succession with goals coming in the 43rd and 45 minutes to grab a 2-0 advantage. 
• Montclair State extended its lead in the second half, scoring in the 53rd minute and again 10 minutes later to make it 4-0.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

•  Junior goalkeeper Sarah Mantilla (Fair Lawn, N.J./Fair Lawn) recorded nine saves.
