WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson men's swimming and diving team (5-2) fell to Ramapo (2-1), 128-57, Nov. 14 at Wightman Pool.
 
TOP PERFORMERS:

• Freshman Justin Melli (Erma, N.J./Lower Cape May Regional) was victorious in both 200 (1:54.85) and 500 (5:23.47) frees.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Junior Ricardo Ordinola (Lodi, N.J./Passaic County Tech) earned bests in the 50 free (24.93) and 100 fly (1:03.75).
• Freshman Max Russell (Wharton, N.J./Jefferson Twp.) knocked time off his personal bests in the 50 free (25.07) and 100 free (57.52).
• Melli posted a personal best in the 200 free (1:54.85).
• Senior Bruno Gavela (Wayne, N.J./Klein Collins) secured a personal record in the 50 free (27.99).
• Sophomore Nicky Byrd (Purchase, N.Y./Harrison) beat his best time in the 100 IM (1:02.93).
