WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson men's swimming and diving team (3-1) fell to Baruch (1-0), 125-68, during its home opener, Oct. 28, at Wightman Pool.
 
TOP PERFORMERS:

• Freshman Justin Melli (Erma, N.J./Lower Cape May Regional) was victorious in the 1,000 free (10:58.73).

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Melli recorded a personal best in the 100 fly (1:00.99).
• Freshman Owen Kane (West Milford, N.J./West Milford) earned a personal record in the 100 breast (1:16.17).
• Freshman Max Russell (Wharton, N.J./Jefferson Twp.) posted a personal best in the 100 free with a time of 59.21.
