MAHWAH, N.J. – The William Paterson men's swimming and diving team (10-5) fell to Ramapo (2-4) in NJAC action, 145-36, on Friday, Jan. 27.
 
TOP PERFORMERS:

• Junior Andrew Colligan (Andover, N.J./Sussex County Tech) placed second in the 50 free (24.71).
• Freshman Nicky Byrd (Purchase, N.Y./Harrison) finished second in the 200 back (2:13.51).

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Junior Brandon Arias (North Haledon, N.J./Passaic County Tech) secured two personal bests in the 200 free (2:05.66) and 500 free (5:42.32).
• Junior Jackson Forrest (Lewes, Del./Wayne Valley) posted a personal record in the 50 free (26.05).

UP NEXT:

• William Paterson returns to action tomorrow, Saturday Jan. 28, at Wightman pool for a 1:00 p.m. meet against Western Connecticut State.
