WAYNE, N.J. – Despite trailing 2-0, the William Paterson men's soccer team rallied to claim a 3-2 home victory over Keystone on Wednesday night at Pioneer Soccer Park.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Giants struck first and scored in the 25^th minute of action to take a 1-0 lead.
• Keystone tacked on an insurance goal in the 42^nd minute to extend the lead to 2-0.
• In the 43^rd minute, David Moreira (Pittstown, N.J./North Hunterdon) was fouled inside the box and scored on a penalty kick to trim the deficit to one.
• Erick Gonzalez (Roselle, N.J./Abraham Clark) inserted a ball from the right side and found Daniel Youn (Secaucus, N.J./Secaucus) for the game-tying score in the 49^th minute.
• In the 70^th minute Adrian Dominguez (South Plainfield, N.J./South Plainfield) was awarded a penalty kick and he buried what turned out to be the game winning goal.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS

• Moreira scored his first goal of the season and the second of his career.
• Youn notched his second goal of the season and second of his career.
• Dominguez tallied his first career goal.
• Thomas Hatch (Kinnelon, N.J./Kinnelon) recorded three saves.
