Kean Tops Pioneers in NJAC Volleyball Action

WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson volleyball team (5-9) fell short in NJAC play to Kean (7-7), 3-0 on Sept. 27 at the Sports and Recreation Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • The Cougars secured set wins of 25-20, 25-21 and 25-18 against the Pioneers.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
  • Junior Eliana Lamb (Washingtonville, N.Y./Washingtonville) led the offense with seven kills and senior Kathleen Burrough (North Burlington, N.J./North Burlington) added six kills.
  • Freshman Alexa Jarvis (Lake Mary, Fla./Lake Mary) tallied 20 assists and one ace on the night.
  • Junior Paola Molina (Hatillo, Puerto Rico/Colegio San Felipe) posted a team-high 15 digs and one ace.
