MAHWAH, N.J. - The William Paterson women's tennis team (0-1, 0-1 NJAC) fell to Ramapo (2-2, 1-0 NJAC) 8-1 in its 2022-23 season opener on Oct. 12.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Graduate student Anna Nunziato (Wyckoff, N.J./Ramapo) picked up the lone win for the Pioneers in third singles (6-4, 2-6, 10-7).

UP NEXT:

• The Pioneers will take on Saint Elizabeth on Nov. 5 for a 4 p.m. match in Morristown, N.J.
