MADISON, N.J. – The William Paterson women's soccer team (1-1) was held scoreless on the road by FDU-Florham, taking its first loss of the season by a score of 1-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Devils kicked off the scoring with a header off a corner kick in the 23rd minute.
• The Pioneers were not able to find the back of the net, despite their 13 shots during the match.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Graduate student Erica Hickey (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y./Comsewogue) recorded three saves.
