Men’s Soccer Drops 3-0 Road Decision to Eastern

ST. DAVIDS, PA – The Wiilliam Paterson men's soccer team (3-2-1) could not answer the strong second half showing by Eastern (4-0-0), suffering a 3-0 loss on the road, Sep. 11.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • The game was scoreless entering the second half, but it only took 43 seconds for Eastern to put the first goal on the board and take the 1-0 lead.
  • The Eagles would then find the back of the net at the 63:01 mark to extend their lead.
  • Eastern would then solidify their 3-0 victory as they got a shot to fall at the 85:12 mark.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
  • Junior goalkeeper Thomas Hatch (Kinnelon, N.J./Kinnelon) recorded a season-high nine saves for WP.
