WAYNE, N.J. – William Paterson women's soccer's (0-2-1, 0-2-1 NJAC) defense held strong for most of the contest, but a lone goal by Stockton (2-1-2, 2-1-2 NJAC) in the second half proved to be enough as the Pioneers fell to the Ospreys 1-0 at home on March 27.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:

• After a scoreless first half, Stockton was able to take the advantage as a well-placed ball found the back of the net at the 61:19 mark for the game's only goal.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Senior goalkeeper Erica Hickey (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y./Comsewogue) collected 5 saves in the contest.
