MADISON, N.J.- The William Paterson women's soccer team (4-5) took down Drew, 2-1, off an overtime winner from senior forward Julia Fiorito (Toms River, N.J./Toms River North) Oct. 5.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Drew took an early 1-0 lead in the 21st minute.
• Senior back Taylor Mastropasqua (East Windsor, N.J./Hightstown) tied the game off a header in the 40th minute after a cross from junior back Kayla Miller (Hawthorne, N.J./Hawthorne)
• After a scoreless second half, Fiorito took a pass from senior forward Daniella LoBue (Clifton, N.J./Clifton) that split two defenders, netting the winning goal in the 98th minute.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Mastropasqua scored her first goal of season.
• Fiorito scored her second goal of the season.
• Graduate student Erica Hickey (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y./Comsewogue) recorded three saves.
