PATCHOGUE, N.Y. – The William Paterson tennis team (0-1) fell by a 9-0 score during its home opener at St. Joseph's -Long Island (1-0) Sept. 3.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • The Golden Eagles took all three doubles matches.
  • In first singles, senior Kaworu Ishikawa (Egg Harbor Twp., N.J./Egg Harbor Twp.) took three games in the second set before falling 0-6, 3-6.
 
UP NEXT:
  • WP opens conference play at Rutgers-Newark on Thursday, Sept. 5, at 4:00 p.m.
