WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson tennis team (0-5, 0-3 NJAC) was upended at home by New Jersey Athletic Conference opponent Stockton (7-1, 3-1), 9-0, Sept. 21.  
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:

• In the second doubles flight, the pairing of sophomore Jiyeon Kang (Metuchen, N.J./Metuchen) and Nicole D'Ascoli (Hawthorne, N.J./Hawthorne) took a pair of games before dropping the match 8-2.
• During singles play, Kang and senior Kaworu Ishikawa (Egg Harbor Twp., N.J./Egg Harbor Twp.) each took a game in their respective matches before falling in straight sets.
