EWING, N.J. – The William Paterson women's soccer team (4-7, 1-3 NJAC) fell 4-1 on the road to No. 7 The College of New Jersey (7-1, 4-0 NJAC) on Sept. 29

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Trailing 1-0, WP's Danielle Dachowski (Roxbury, N.J./Roxbury) leveled to score at the 13:21 mark, heading home a corner kick from junior midfielder Lorraine Moffitt (Paramus, N.J./Paramus).
• A pair of goals just over a minute apart gave the Lions a commanding 3-1 lead four minutes into the second half.
• TCNJ's Lauren McLaughlin completed the scoring in the 82nd minute with an arching a shot from 20 yards out.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Erica Hickey (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y./Comsewogue) went the distance in goal For the Pioneers, collecting eight saves.
