WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson women's soccer team (5-8, 1-4 NJAC) dropped its conference match against Stockton (9-2-3, 3-1-1), 3-0, on Oct. 6.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• In the 38th minute, sophomore Erica Hickey (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y./Comsewogue) made a diving save, however, Stockton's Madison Dorney was in the right place to gather the rebound and beat the keeper with a right-footed shot.
• The Ospreys struck again at the 49:51 mark, as Selena LaDonne took Emily Frazee's through ball and buried a shot inside the far right post.
• LaDonne's seventh goal of the season would conclude the scoring in the 54th minute.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Hickey collected a season-high 11 saves for the Pioneers.

• William Paterson travels to Rutgers-Newark on Wednesday, Oct. 10, for a 7:30 p.m. conference match.
