Tennis Drops 8-1 Decision to Baruch

WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson tennis team (0-8, 0-4 NJAC) dropped its non-conference tilt against Baruch College (4-4), 8-1, on Oct. 13.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

Delia Rodriguez (Paterson, N.J./Passaic County Technical Institute ) won her singles flight for the fourth time this season, besting Baruch's Kaitlyn Rivera 6-7, 6-2, 10-7.
After dropping the first set in fourth singles, Ashley Sawyer (Washington, N.J./Warren Hills) took the second before losing a hard-fought 6-4, 6-7, 10-7 decision.
