Delia Rodriguez was a winner in straight-sets against Ramapo

MAHWAH, N.J. – The William Paterson tennis team (0-7, 0-4 NJAC) was upended by Ramapo (4-3, 2-2 NJAC) in its conference match on Oct. 10.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

Delia Rodriguez (Paterson, N.J./Passaic County Technical Institute ) continued her impressive freshman campaign by recording a straight-set victory over Ramapo's Neha Sippy in sixth singles, 6-0, 6-0.
Julienn Guzman (Jersey City, N.J./Liberty) and Briya Smallwood (Somerset, N.J./Bishop George Ahr) both won three games in their respective singles flight before falling by identical 6-1, 6-2 scores.
