MADISON, N.J. – Freshman forward
Marisa Adelman (Branchburg, N.J./Somerville) found the back of the net twice and the William Paterson women's soccer team (9-2-1) extended its win streak to four matches with a 2-0 victory Oct. 5 at Drew (4-5-1).
Adelman broke the scoreless deadlock less than three minutes before halftime, connecting on a
Kristen Bowe (Rockaway, N.J./Morris Knolls) through ball for her ninth goal of the season.

Sidney Gabrich (Washington, N.J./Warren Hills Regional) combined for a through ball and one-time cross that Adelman knocked off the post and into the goal for a 2-0 edge at the 52:06 mark.
Sophomore goalkeeper
Angela Sandelli (Landing, N.J./Roxbury) notched two saves for her fourth shutout of the season. Seniors Andee Higgins and Ryan Jackson combined for four Ranger stops.
William Paterson will host conference foe Kean Saturday, Oct. 8, at 1:00 p.m.
